How long will my order take arrive?

Here at Soirée Designs co, we believe in creating high quality items to elevate your events, with this we handcraft our items personally. The design and creation process will depend on the items within your order, as such the lead time can take up to 3 weeks, possibly more for large orders. Bespoke orders will have an extended lead time, which will be discussed at the time of order.

Please note, the 3 weeks lead time is the longest we would expect an order to take to create, many orders will be ready much sooner than this, and unless informed to do otherwise, we will ship all orders as soon as they are complete. If your order is likely to take longer than the expected 3 weeks, we will get in touch to update you.

What delivery options do you offer?

The standard delivery will be Tracked 48 with Royal Mail. Once you have been notified that your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number which you can use to follow the progress of your delivery.
If you wish to prioritise your order, or add speedy Tracked 24 delivery, you can add ‘Priority’ or ‘Speedy’ delivery to your basket before ordering. You can also purchase this separately if you wish to speed up the process after ordering, just add your order details into the personalisation box before ordering, and we will link this to your order. All order will be tracked and you will be sent the tracking information upon dispatch.

Where do you deliver?

Currently we only deliver within the UK. We do not accept international orders, any attempt to make an international order will be cancelled.
