How to Order
How to add an item to cart?
Once you have found an item which you wish to order, you will need to add it to your cart.
Select desired variations and quantity.
Click add to cart, and fill out the personalisation pop-up form (or equivalent)
Confirm your input is correct by clicking the checkbox.
Follow the steps in the checkout and place your order.
Fulfilment may take up to 3 weeks before dispatch - Delivery terms
Please note, we only deliver to the UK, and use Royal Mail as our courier. All orders will be tracked and you will be sent the tracking information upon dispatch.See below for more detailed instructions-
For our personalised items, there will be different variations to choose from, colour, size and font etc. You will need to use the drop down menus and buttons on the item page to select your desired variations and quantity. Use the images to view a range of the options available, but do not hesitate to contact us if you would like more information on the variations as some may not appear in the images. If you wish to order a bespoke/custom item please see the next section for how to do this. If you are wishing to order more items than our stock allows, or over 25 of the same item, please contact us to arrange this order, to allows us to ensure that we have ample stock to fulfil the order and therefore there will be no unnecessary delays.
Once your item is as desired, you may add it to your cart. Before checkout, you must fill out the personalisation box (or equivalent), this will pop-up automatically, and the order cannot take place without completion. Enter all of the details needed to complete your order, an example of which will be found on the last image of each items gallery. For some items this will simply be a name, for others it may be a font, date or role etc. Make sure to check the requirements of the personalisation before checking out, if we are not provided with the correct information, this may lead to your order being delayed or cancelled. Once you have filled out the personalisation information, please confirm that the information is correct, by ticking the checkbox. We do not offer refunds for personalised items, and will not be liable if incorrect information is supplied, so please contact us immediately if you notice an error after you have placed your order. You may then proceed to the cart, where you will be able to edit the personalisation and quantity again if needed. Continue to the checkout and follow the stages of entering your email address, delivery address, terms, payment information and proceed to reviewing the order.
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email, following this, fulfilment may have up to a 3 weeks lead time, before your order is ready for dispatch, however we may be able to supply you with a more detailed timeframe if you wish to contact us. All orders may be recorded and shared on our socials, website or listings at any time, unless told otherwise by the customer at the time of purchase.
Ordering bespoke & custom items-
If you would like to request a bespoke or custom item, you will first need to contact us, either via our Contact form, or email at soireedesignsco@outlook.com. If you are wishing for a bespoke version of an item we already offer, please inform us of the item, and we will discuss bespoke changes that can be made, to better fit to your desires. However, we cannot guarantee that these will always be possible.
For custom items, we will happily discuss creating items specifically to your ideas. Please contact us, including any inspiration pictures you have gathered and details of the items, such as sizing, material and any other information about your request. We will discuss the request with you and determine if this is an item we will be able to create for you.
Both bespoke & custom orders are likely to take longer than the 3 week lead time, however due to the nature of a custom order, we do not set a timeframe for completion until all details have been determined.
Care Instructions-
Although all of our products are made with the highest quality materials available, they still need to be looked after carefully to maintain their quality. All items will arrive carefully wrapped (if transporting, it may be a good idea to keep them in the packaging to prevent damage.) If you feel cleaning/wiping is needed please use a non-fibrous cloth, and do not soak. Vigorous cleaning may cause any vinyl, paint or other, to peel or scratch. If the item is made of wire, ensure that it is stored carefully, and do not make any attempts to bend the wire, as we will not be liable for any damage.
Please note • We do not accept exchanges or returns on any of our personalised items unless damaged upon arrival, so to ensure a smooth transaction we may update you on your order and need to confirm certain aspects with you. If, on the rare occasion, there is any damage to the product once it has arrived, follow our returns policy within 7 days of delivery.
