Each item is handcrafted and unique. Whilst we aim for consistency, there may be slight variations in size, colour, or design due to the nature of the design and creation. Product descriptions and images on the website are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

Order Confirmation & Processing-

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review your order carefully to ensure all details are correct. You can inform us of any mistakes or additional information, up to 24 hours after ordering, following this no changes can be made.

Photos and Videos of Your Order-

Soirée Designs co has the right to photograph and video any items made, and use these across our site, social media, and portfolio at any time, unless otherwise stated by the customer at the time of purchase. If you do not wish for this media to be taken, held or used by Soirée Designs co, you may contact us at soireedesignsco@outlook.com to make this request. If this request is not made, we will use this media across our platforms at any time, during the creation of your order, of following the completion. If you wish to be involved in the sharing of this media, please inform us as such and provide us with the relevant information. Any media shared by Soirée Designs co is wholly owned by us, and therefore sharing this media without our knowledge or credit is in breach of our Terms of Service. You may photograph and video your items once in your possession, and use this media as you wish, with the limitation of claiming credit for the creation of the goods.
We would appreciate to have any media of the goods made by Soirée Designs co, to be shared with us, to improve our portfolio and with your permission, share across our platforms. This is not mandatory.

Delivery-

Soirée Designs co currently only deliver to the UK. Delivery times and rates depend on your location and selected delivery method. Refer to our Delivery details for more information.

Returns & Refunds-

Due to the personalised nature of our goods, we only accept returns for damaged/faulty items, or where there is a mistake made by us during the creation of the item. Please see out Returns Policy for full details.

Limitation of Liability-
